When you're Ryan Adams you really have no where else to go, except maybe revive the spirit of Ronnie James Dio. He has abandoned his alt-country roots, to instead become completely obsessed with Metal. Speaking of his new record Adams says, 'Day after Dio's funeral [the songs] just fell out,' he wrote. 'Soft mellow acoustic jams -- lots of New Orleans scenery and vibe from the trip... I am official[ly] very excited again.' We really hope that they are not nearly as bad as 'Victims Of The Ice Brigade,' off of his latest concept record Orion. Take a listen below.
