This is barely a music related story, but any Beatles news is worth reporting, right? According to NME workers at John Lennon's former estate have found a leather bag containing viles of what contained Lennon's secret stash of LSD.
Rumor has it that Lennon buried the stash when he was on the way to India as some sort of symbolic gesture, but upon returning to England he changed his mind and couldn't find it anywhere. Unfortunately for the workers it seems that there was no trace of the acid left, and the only vile that was not completely shattered had a crack in it's cork. So much for that guy's chance to totally blow his mates mind when he puts on 'Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds and says, 'now let's trip out with the acid John used to write this song!'
